No — our quotations are fixed-price. The only scenario where additional cost arises is a client-requested scope change after works begin. Every scope change requires a written change order with the exact cost, signed by you before any additional work proceeds. We do not add costs at final invoice.
Yes. Structural renovations — removing walls, relocating plumbing, altering MEP — require a No Objection Certificate from building management and in some cases Dubai Municipality approval. We handle all submissions. Cosmetic renovation (painting, flooring, cabinet replacement) generally requires no permit.
Yes. We handle contractor registration, access card applications, deposit processes, and compliance documentation for all major community management companies in Dubai. You do not manage this.
If any unforeseen issue arises — a material lead time, a hidden structural problem, a delay — we notify you in writing within 24 hours, explain the cause, and present your options with revised timing and any cost impact. We do not wait until handover to disclose problems that arose in week two.
Yes. Agora Technical Services LLC holds a valid Dubai Economic Department (DED) trade licence. Our teams include DEWA-approved electricians and certified tradespeople compliant with Dubai Municipality standards. We provide a copy of our DED licence on request before any contract is signed.
